We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salary and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws, and will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
As a Salary and Payroll Coordinator, you will work closely with the Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure that all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, preparing reports, and resolving any payroll discrepancies. Your role will also involve responding to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and deductions, and ensuring that all payroll-related documentation is up to date and properly filed.
In addition to processing payroll, you will assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures, and support audits and internal reviews. You will also be expected to stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and to recommend improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments are also essential.
